Overview

Axis DetailOS provides this page so website users and Meta app users can request deletion of information associated with Axis DetailOS.

How to request deletion

Email support@axisdetailos.com with the subject line "Meta Data Deletion Request" or "Data Deletion Request".

Include the name, email address, phone number, and Facebook or Instagram account identifier associated with your request, if available. Do not send passwords, payment card numbers, or other sensitive credentials.

What we delete

After verifying the request, Axis DetailOS will delete or anonymize personal information associated with your Axis DetailOS account, service request, chat request, support record, and Meta app interaction where deletion is required and technically feasible.

Meta app data

If you used a Meta product such as Facebook or Instagram to interact with Axis DetailOS, your deletion request may include Meta-sourced identifiers or profile information received by Axis DetailOS. We will use the information you provide to locate and delete or anonymize matching records.

Confirmation

We will respond to the email address used for the request and may ask for limited information needed to verify and locate the relevant records. After processing, we will confirm completion or explain any limited data that must be retained.

Retention exceptions

We may retain limited information when required for legal, tax, accounting, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or compliance obligations. Retained information will be limited to what is necessary for those purposes.
